Adequate Stay with Some Disappointments

grubby carpet dim lights

The buffet restaurant disappointed me. It seemed the dishes lacked variety (only three main courses!). I also found some staff were too quick to clear plates. I felt rushed. Our room needed updating (I'm not usually picky, but the carpet was grubby). The bedside lights were dim, and convenient charging points were missing. (It's a small thing, but annoying.)

mixed feelings about the stay

smelly bathroom cold food

the hotel location were alright as it's close enough to the centre. it did make getting around easier.

i find the hotel is not really a 4 stars. my room had a old fashioned style and a smelly bathroom. the fan on the ceiling was noisy and not much of an air conditioner, also the food wasn't good and often cold.
